The Rural Life Museum
Rural North Lincolnshire comes to life in displays such as the tenant farmer’s kitchen and backyard and the saddler’s and blacksmith’s workshops. Little farmers will love the under-five play area and you will also find seasonal fresh produce from the Walled Garden for sale when available.
To mark the rebranding of the Farming Museum, which celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2019, Yorkshire based sculptor David Appleyard has been commissioned to make a new outdoor kinetic sculpture responding to the collections on display.
The Farming Museum is open daily throughout the Summer season from 10.30am to 5pm. The last admission is 4.30pm. There will be restricted opening hours during the Winter season.
