Normanby Hall has a choice of four rooms that are licensed for civil marriages and civil partnerships, allowing couples to host their entire celebration at Normanby Hall Country Park.

The Regency Dining Room

The Regency Dining Room is our highest capacity choice for a ceremony.

High ceilings, huge original windows and an impressive fireplace dressed with a cascade from the Walled Garden all contribute to make this room a magical setting.

The Regency Dining Room seats 100 guests.

The Buckingham Room

The newly decorated Buckingham Room is our most popular ceremony room and seats 60 people.

The Buckingham Room is the only room on the first floor that is licenced for weddings. The wedding party will have views over the impressive front lawn whist the ceremony takes place.

Please note that there is no lift access to this floor.

The Morning Room

The Morning Room is another stunning room, again with high ceilings, original windows and traditional decoration; it offers a more intimate venue for your ceremony and seats 30 people.

The Sheffield Lounge

The Sheffield Lounge is the smallest of our rooms, comfortably seating 24 people.

Evening Reception

Normanby Hall can cater for 140 people at an evening reception. The evening reception takes place in The Regency Dining Room, The Morning Room and The Sheffield Lounge.

Walled Garden

Built in 1817, the Walled Garden which was restored to its late Victorian splendour in 1997, is available for outdoor civil ceremonies. Imagine the stunning floral displays and fragrance as a setting for your ceremony. Please talk to a member of the team about this new, exciting opportunity
