Lindsey Lodge’s Light up a Life event will be held for the very first time at Normanby Hall Country Park this year and will also be streamed live.

Lindsey Lodge Chief Executive Karen Griffiths said: “We’re extremely grateful to Normanby Hall Country Park and North Lincolnshire Council for supporting our Light up a Life service this year.

She added: “Last years’ service was held virtually due to the pandemic, so we are really looking forward to safely welcoming back our supporters at this very special evening of celebration and reflection in such a beautiful setting.”

The service will feature carols, readings and music, including appearances from the Salvation Army Choir and Brass Band and piper Danny Fleming.

During the service, the Lindsey Lodge tree will be decorated with dedications which will then be transferred the Memorial Garden at the Hospice following the service.

Curly’s are very happy to be partnering up with the Lindsey Lodge Hospice team to bring you not one, but two events and an afternoon & evening of Christmas running fun!

ELF Yourself

Following the success of the 2019 event join us on a mission to help Santa get all of his presents to his sleigh!

Over this 3km course, you’ll visit Elf stations to pick up hats, ears, your Elf name, grab an “Elfie selfie”, pick up your Christmas gift for Santa and then head back to Santa to get ready for his deliveries!

Rudolph’s Revenge

We know Santa only picks the best of the best to pull his sleigh, so this course was designed by lead reindeer Rudolph to make sure the sleigh team has ‘the right stuff’ to deliver the best Christmas ever!

Heading out from the Hall and out of the main park grounds, you disappear off into the winter wonderland woods, past the Deer park for two 5k loops. Don’t forget a head torch!
